The receptionist will also take money on behalf of the healers and distribute this at the end of each day.

We ask that healers be available to give at least 5 treatments during the course of the weekend.

EQUIPMENT
Healers are asked to bring all their own equipment including plinths, oils, sounds and suitable attire.

LIABILITY
The organisers of the Sliabh An Iarainn Festival will not be held responsible for any accident, damage or loss however caused that may occur to any person, articles or property brought on to the site during the Festival. The said Organisers will not be responsible for any actions or Expenses on account of, or in respect of any damage or injury caused. Healers will be asked to sign a disclaimer before starting up.

The Environment
THE FESTIVAL AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Global warming, Carbon footprints, Renewable energy, Re-using and recycling, are words we hear and read about on a daily basis and are issues that concern us all. But thinking and talking about it is no longer enough...

SO!
This year we want to create the Festival and all that comes with it as earth friendly as possible, and in order to do this we need everyone to try and embrace this ideal!
RE-CYCLING
There will be recycling points at various locations around the site. Which are meant for glass and plastic bottles, cans, paper and cardboard. Please take careful responsibility for your own waste by using these bins.
DRINKING WATER
Unfortunately we cannot provide drinking water which is safe to drink, but bottled water will be on sale.
FOOD CUTLERY AND DISHES
Many of you will choose to buy food from the food vendors rather than cooking your own; and they will supply you with disposable plates and cutlery. However bringing your own dishes and cutlery will make a huge difference
to the accumulation of waste! (Dishes can be washed on the site.)
THE GREEN AN IARAINN
There will be a marquee, THE GREEN AN IARAINN, which will serve as an information centre and meeting place for environmental matters. Here we hope to provide information and assistance, hold meetings, share ideas and exhibit and promote ways of greener living. We would also like to invite Environmental organisations and individuals who'd like to participate in some way in this programme to contact us.

Please contact;

WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO A BRILLIANT AND GREENER 2007 SLIABH AN IARAINN FESTIVAL FOR ALL OF US AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
